摘　　要：[目的]建赢同时测定速克感冒胶囊中乙酰水杨酸和维生素C含量的方法。[方法]采用高效液相色谱法，色谱柱为C18柱（200mm×4．6mm，5μm）；甲醇-0．1％磷酸水溶液为流动相梯度洗脱，检测波长为254nm，流速为0．8ml／min。[结果]乙酰水杨酸在进样量为2．004～20．04μg范围内具有良好的线性关系，平均回收率为99．26％，RSD为0．91％（n=9）；维生素C在进样量为0．996～9．96μg范围内具有良好的线性关系，平均回收率为98．98％，RSD为0．53％（n=9）。[结论]RP-HPLC简便、准确、快速、重现性好，可作为速克感冒胶囊的质量控制方法。[ Objective ] To establish a method for the determination of acetylsalicylic acid and Vitamin C in Sukeganmao Capsule. [ Methods ] High performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） analysis was carried out on C 18 column （200 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm）by a gradient elution using （A）methanol-（B）0.1% phosphate solution as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 0.8 ml/min and the detective wavelength was set at 254 nm. [ Results]The calibration curves were linear in the ranges of 2.004 - 20.04 μg for acetylsalicylic acid, 0.996 - 9.96 μg for Vitamin C, the average recovery was 99.26% （RSD = 0.91%, n = 9） for acetylsalicylic acid, 98.98% （RSD=0.53%, n = 9） for Vitamin C. [Corlciusion] The method is proved to be simple and reliable, and can be used for the quality control of Sukeganmao Capsule.
