摘  要:【目的】了解武警部队基层卫生士官健康教育专业技能现状,并提出相应对策。【方法】应用自编调查问卷对在武警某院校进行培训的170名基层卫生士官进行健康教育专业技能现况调查。【结果】实际收回169名卫生士官有效调查问卷,入伍前医学专业培训率为17.16%;有31.36%的士官自评缺乏健康教育专业技能;29.59%的卫生士官开展过健康教育工作,92.30%的卫生士官自评健康教育工作能力一般或感觉吃力,75.00%的卫生士官表示军医对其健康教育工作能力评价一般或更差;不同兵龄士官人群中自评缺乏健康教育专业技能的人员分布差异有显著性(χ2=6.635,P=0.036);"是否愿意从事基层卫生工作"对"对健康教育工作重要性所持看法"的影响有统计学意义(χ2=6.654,P=0.028)。【结论】基层卫生士官医学知识整体水平较低,健康教育工作能力较弱;健康教育专业培训是提高其健康教育工作能力的主要手段。[ Objective] To know the status of heahh education professional competence among the medical noncommissioned officers (NCO) of PAPF, and provide policies for effective measures. [ Methods] Investigation was made on health education professional competence among the medical NCOs who were training in some college of PAPF. [Results] 169 effective questionnaires were acquired, and in which 17.16% had the medical professional training experience. 31.36% thought that they were short of health education professional competence. 29.59% had done some health education works. 92.30% thought that their works were ordinary or worse. 75.00% thought that military doctors were worry about their works. The recruit time had significant effect on the self-evaluation of the health education professional competence( χ 2= 6.635, P = 0.036). The factor of whether somebody want to do health work had significant effect on the factor of the view of health education's importance(χ2 = 6.654, P = 0.028). [Conclusion] Medical NCOs' medical knowledge is not enough to do health education work. The professional training of health education is the main method to enhance education professional competence of medical NCOs.
