二甲双胍联合沙格列汀治疗2型糖尿病研究进展

摘　　要：2型糖尿病发病一个重要机制是胰岛功能的进行性衰退。多项研究表明,沙格列汀可以显著降低2型糖尿病患者HbA1c、空腹血糖和餐后血糖,单独使用或与二甲双胍、噻唑烷二酮、磺脲类、胰岛素联合应用均有效。本文对沙格列汀和二甲双胍联合治疗2型糖尿病的疗效和安全性进行分析。Progressive islet function declining is an important mechanism of Type2diabetes. A number of studies showed that saxagliptin can significantly reduce type 2 diabetes patient＇s HbAlc, fasting plasma glucose and postprandial glucose. Saxagliptin can not only be used alone but also can be combined with metformin, Thiazolidinediones （TZDs）, Sulfonylureas （SU） and Insulin. So in this paper we analysis the efficacy of Saxagliptin combine with Metformin for treatment of type 2 diabetes.
