摘 要:本试验旨在研究玉米-杂粕型饲粮中植酸酶添加水平对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、钙磷代谢及肠道形态的影响。选取600只产蛋率和体重相近、健康的24周龄海兰褐蛋鸡,随机分为5组,每组8个重复,每个重复15只鸡。正对照组(PC组)饲喂总磷为0.60%(有效磷为0.36%)的正常基础饲粮;负对照组(NC组)饲喂总磷为0.40%(有效磷为0.16%)的低磷的基础饲粮;其余3个试验组(P125、P250和P500组)在NC组饲粮基础上分别添加125、250和500 U/kg的植酸酶。试验期为24周。结果表明:1)与NC组比较,P250和P500组产蛋率、平均蛋重和平均日采食量显著提高(P<0.05),但P250、P500和PC组之间差异不显著(P>0.05);饲粮中添加植酸酶对料蛋比无显著影响(P>0.05),但有降低的趋势,对蛋品质无显著影响(P>0.05);2)与NC组相比,饲粮中添加植酸酶对血浆钙和胫骨钙含量无显著影响(P>0.05),P250和P500组血浆磷、胫骨灰分和磷含量及磷表观消化率显著提高(P<0.05),但P250、P500和PC组之间差异不显著(P>0.05);3)与NC组相比,P250和P500组隐窝深度显著降低(P<0.05),绒毛高度/隐窝深度显著升高(P<0.05)。结果提示,低磷玉米-杂粕型饲粮中添加植酸酶能够改善蛋鸡生产性能、钙磷代谢及肠道的发育;本试验条件下,饲粮中添加250 U/kg的植酸酶较为适宜。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of phytase supplemental level on performance, egg quality, metabolism of calcium and phosphorus and intestinal morphology of laying hens fed corn-miscellaneous meal diets. Six hundred Hy-Line Brown hens were randomly divided into 5 groups with 8 replicates per group and 15 laying hens per replicate. Positive control (PC) group was fed a basal diet containing 0.60% total phosphorus (0.36% available phosphorus), negative control (NC) group was fed the basal diet containing 0.40% total phosphorus (0.16% available phosphorus), and three experimental groups (P125 group, P250 group and P500 group) were fed the NC group diets supplemented with 125, 250, and 500 U/kg phytase, respectively. The experiment lasted for 24 weeks. The results showed as follows: 1) compared with NC group, laying rate, average egg weight and average daily feed intake in P250 group and P500 group were significantly increased (P0.05); there were no effects of phytase on feed/egg and egg quality (P〉0.05). 2) Compared with NC group, tibia calcium and plasma calcium contents were not affected by dietary phytase (P〉0.05), plasma phosphorus and tibia ash and phosphorus contents, and the apparent digestibility of phosphorus in P250 group and P500 group were significantly higher than those in NC group (P0.05). 3) Compared with NC group, the crypt depth in P250 group and P500 group was significantly decreased (P〈0.05) and the villous height/crypt depth was significantly increased (P〈0.05). In conclusion, the supplementation of phytase in corn-miscellaneous meal diets can improve performance, calcium and phosphorus digestibility and intestinal development of laying hens; the optimal level of phytase is 250 U/kg in the present study.
