摘 要:在大位移、大斜度定向井中,岩屑携带困难,极易形成岩屑床,导致蹩钻或卡钻,严重影响钻井的安全和工作效率。该文研究了一种新型的岩屑床清除钻杆,采用计算流体动力学对其工作流场进行数值模拟,使用滑移网格方法模拟了清除钻杆的真实转动。通过速度云图、流线图和切应力分布曲线等计算结果分析了该钻杆清除岩屑床的工作机理。采用多相流模型研究了在不同的斜度下重力对岩屑床清除钻杆工作流场的影响,并考察了固定斜度时清除钻杆转速对岩屑清除效果的影响,得出了相应结论。通过计算,证实了该清除钻杆能够有效地解决大斜度大位移井岩屑床的清洁问题,并对其工程实际应用提供了有效的理论支持和技术指导。The cuttings are so difficult to carry for the complex structure wells that it is easy to form the cuttings bed. The poor hole cleaning for the wells leads to sticking pipe and some other accidents, which affect the safety and efficiency of drilling operation. In this paper, a new kind of drill pipe is developed to study the flow field characteristics using the computational fluid dynamics method. The results show that it can change the flow behaviors in annulus and it is very useful in carrying the cuttings. The multi-flow model is used for studying the effect of the gravity for the drill pipe under different slopes, and the differences about the flow field characteristics between different rotate speeds. By numerical simulation, it is confirmed that the drill pipe can effectively solve the hole cleaning problem and the research provides theoretical guidance and technical support for its engineering applications.
