摘  要:从黑籽亲本“秦油 3号”中分离出黄籽株系 931155,其S1代群体的黄、黑籽植株比例约为 3:1,黄籽株率为 78 3% ;S2 、S3 和S4 代群体平均黄籽频率分别为 81 7%、 84 6 %和96 5% ,一些株系达 90 %以上 ,个别株系达 10 0 %。来源于浅黄和中黄的株系后代相比较 。Spontaneous mutant of yellow-seeded plants was obtained from black-seeded Parents of Brassica napus L. The segregation proportion of yellow-seeded to black-seeded plants was 3:1 and the rate of yellow-seeded plants was 78 3% in S 1 of line 931155. The rates of yellow-seeded plants were 81 7% in S 2, 84 6% in S 3 and 96 5% in S 4. The rates of yellow-seeded plants of some lines run over 90% even 100%. Compared the offspring of pale yellow lines with dark yellow lines, the rate of pale yellow-seeded lines was higher than that of the dark ones.
