摘　　要：随着泰州市经济发展及城市化建设的步伐,劳动力市场对劳动力的需求增加,但由于生产条件、生态环境及人口素质的差异,客观上形成了局部农村劳动力赋闲与劳动力市场供不应求并存的现象,因此,本文探讨泰州市农村劳动力供给情况,结合劳动力转移进城实际障碍,分别从劳动力素质、政府职能、权益保障方面提出农村劳动力转移的对策建议。This article explores the supply potential of rural labor in Taizhou City, combining dynamic mecha- nism and obstacles of the transfer of rural labor force, puts forward the countermeasure and suggestion of rural labor transfer from the quality of the labor force, the functions of the government, the protection of the rights and interests.
