摘  要:对CALM型单点系泊系统通航环境可行度进行研究.首先,采用专家调查法从影响CALM型单点系泊系统通航环境可行度的众多因素中选择两层共8个最影响因子;然后,用层次分析法求出各影响因子的权重向量.以曹妃甸港区甸头区域为例建立模糊综合评价模型,利用Matlab和Mathematica软件进行数据处理和函数图像绘制,并对所得结果进行"最大隶属度原则"适用性评估.研究目的在于从通航安全的角度评估CALM系统的建设可行性,进而推进悬链式单点系泊系统的应用进程.This paper served as an assessment to feasible de -gree of navigation environment for catenary anchor leg mooring ( CALM)system-a type of single point mooring system . By using Delphi method , eight impact factors in two hierarchies were determined to be the research objects .Then, analytic hierarchy process ( AHP ) was used to establish the weight vector of each impact factor .Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation ( FCE) model was established by taking Diantou part of Ca-ofeidian port area as a research object , and Matlab and Math-ematica software were used to accomplish data processing and functional image drawing . An applicability evaluation of“maximum membership degree principle” was carried out for the results obtained .The paper aims to assess the feasibility of building CALM systems from the view of navigation safety , and then promotes the application process of CALM systems .
