摘 要:在对水稻化感作用生理生化特性研究的基础上,进行了水稻叶片浸提液的GC-MS分析和相关酶的活性测定。结果表明,水稻叶片中苯丙氨酸裂解酶(PAL)和肉桂酸-4-羟化酶(CA4H)活性的大小与酚的含量密切相关;同时水稻化感作用强度与其肉桂酸含量呈正相关关系,而与其水杨酸含量呈负相关关系,因此水稻化感作用是由许多化感物质共同作用的结果。Based on our previous studies on the physiobiochemical characteristics of allelopathic rice. GC-MS and biochemical analysis were introduced to determine allelochemicals and its related enzyme activities. It indicated that the activities of phenylalanine aminotransferase (PAL) and trans-cinnamic acid-4-hydroxylase (CA4H) in allelo-pathic rice were positively correlated with the content of phenolics. The rice allelopathic effect was positively corre-lated with its content of cinnamic acid, but negatively correlated with its content of salicylic acid. Therefore it was considered that rice allelopathic effects were caused by the joint action of phenolics.
