产学研用合作平台下的电子商务人才培养模式研究

摘　　要：引入平台化和模块化的思想，提出一种以“产、研、用”的实际需求为纲，以“学”为核，“产学研用”结合下的电子商务人才培养模式。通过探索搭建“产学”合作平台、“研学”合作平台和“用学”合作平台三大平台，紧密结合产、研、用的实际需求，以三大平台为组织框架，以产业知识模块、科学研究知识模块和技能实训模块等为基石，同时从“软机制”和“硬举措”两个角度探索“产研学用”下的人才培养问题，在帮助电子商务专业学生明晰自己的学习与发展方向的同时，有效减少用人单位实际需求与学校人才培养效果之间的落差，提高电子商务人才培养质量，实现产学研用的多方共赢。A new cultivating model for e-business talents is proposed in this paper by introducing platform and modular idea. The model is based on an industry-student-research- employer cooperation framework. The framework includes three main platforms： industry-student platform, research-student platform and employer-student platform. Industry knowledge module, scientific research knowledge and skills training module are organized in the framework. The goal of the model is to improve the quality of e-commerce talent and realize altogater wins.
