摘  要:决策试行与评价实验室(DEMATEL)方法中,构造直接影响矩阵(DIM)是该方法实现系统分析的关键技术。为克服DIM构造过程中存在的专家判断主观随意性太强以及意见集成机理不明确的内在缺陷,提出一种基于直觉模糊偏好信息的DEMATEL决策方法,该方法依据系统直觉思维,充分考虑了专家认知能力、个人偏好、情境特征,将其判断结果通过直觉模糊数予以反映,不仅完善了现有DEMATEL评价模式,使专家对复杂问题的判断更为科学,而且通过精确加权法对专家直觉模糊信息进行集成,更为清晰地揭示出DEMATEL群组决策的集成机理。实例验证结果表明,所提方法实践可操作性较强。It is vital to construct the Direct Influence Matrix(DIM)in DEMATEL procedures. There are some disadvan-tages for the construction of DIM. Not only the experts’judgment is arbitrary, but also the integrated mechanism of expert opinion is unclear. To overcome the above drawbacks, an improved group DEMATEL decision approach based on intui-tionistic fuzzy preference is presented. In the perspective of system intuitive thinking the new method fully considers the expert’s cognitive ability, personal preferences, situational characteristics, and it reflects expert’s judgment result by intui-tionistic fuzzy numbers. On the one hand the new approved method improves the existing evaluation model and makes the expert’s judgment on complex problems more scientifically, on the other hand the integrated manner of experts’intuitionistic fuzzy information by AWD may reveal the integration mechanism of group decision. By a numerical case, the approach is validated to be scientific and it can be well applied to solve the real issues.
