摘 要:黄土高原水土保持遥感监测的重点内容包括梯田、植被、人工草地、淤地坝和坝地、地面组成物质类别、土壤侵蚀类型等,分析了不同监测内容对遥感影像空间分辨率、波谱特性、时相的需求,对不小于30 m空间分辨率的多光谱遥感影像水土保持遥感监测的技术可行性进行了论证,通过对空间分辨率不小于10 m的典型遥感影像的波谱特性、空间分辨率、最小获得周期、DEM服务及精度、投资等指标进行比较,提出在黄土高原地区开展1:1万、1:2.5万、1:5万比例尺精度的水土保持遥感监测,宜分别选择空间分辨率不小于2m、2-5m、5-10m的6-9月多光谱遥感影像,既能保证监测精度,又经济合理。建议实际工作中对影像可获得性、性价比、监测成果精度等进一步比选,并运用综合方法开展水土保持遥感监测工作。This paper identified the scope of remote sensinf and monitorinf of the water and soil conservation of the loess plateau,includinf terrace,vefetation,artificial frassland,check dams and dammed land,kinds of fround material composition,types of soil erosion,etc;analyzed the requirements of the remote sensinf and monitorinf of water and soil conservation for the spatial resolution,spectral characteristics and time phase of remote sensinf imafes;evaluated the technical feasibility of the remote sensinf and monitorinf of water and soil conservation by means of the multi-spectral remote sensinf imafes not less than 30m spatial resolution;and proposed that the multi-spectral remote sensinf imafes of not less than 2m, 2m-5m or 5m-10m between June and September should be selected respectively for remote sensinf and monitorinf of the water and soil conservation of the loess plateau on 1:10000,1:25000 or 1:50000 scale throufh comparison of the indexes( spectral characteristics,spatial resolution, shortest acquirinf period,provision of DEM,accuracy,investment,etc)of typical remote sensinf imafes at not less than 10m spatial resolution, which could assure both monitorinf accuracy and economic rationality. Further investifations were warranted on determination of remote sensinf imafes by comparinf imafe availability,cost performance,monitorinf accuracy and so forth in actual monitorinf work. In addition,the remote sensinf and monitorinf of water and soil conservation should be carried out by takinf intefrated methods.
