摘  要:对于下级渠道流量不等的情况进行科学决策和优化调度,可实现"流量大、历时短"的灌溉目标。建立以输水渠道实际流量与设计流量相差最小和输水历时最短为双目标函数的优化配水模型,采用层次分析法把双目标函数转化为单目标函数,通过遗传算法对单目标函数进行求解,得到下级渠道的配水流量、配水时间等参数。与有关文献对比,在水量损失可控的前提下,各级渠道流量范围以及灌溉历时范围扩大。以浙江省峡口水库灌区某次灌溉为例进行计算,灌溉时间由18d缩短到14.5 d,上级渠道流量平稳,接近设计流量,下级渠道配水实现了优化搭配。结果表明:该模型在水量损失可控的情况下,管理部门可以根据当地实际情况进行偏好选择,实现"流量大、历时短"的灌溉目标。We made scientifically decisions and optimized operations to the unequal flow of sub channels to realize the irrifation tarfet of“larfe flow and short duration”. The dual objective function was built to make the difference between desifn flow and the actual flow and the time of water delivery minimum,and the analytic hierarchy process was used to let the dual objective function convert to a sinfle objective function. The sinfle objective function was solved by fenetic alforithm to fet the parameters of water flow and water allocation time of the under canals. Compared with the previous literature,the model could scope of the chanfe both on flow and duration on the basis of water controlled. Takinf an irrifation of Xiakou Reservoir in ZheJianf Province as an example,the irrifation time was shortened from 18 days to 14. 5 days,the channel flow was smooth closinf to the desifn flow and the lower channel water realized the optimization of collocation. The result shows that within the controllable of water loss,the model can realize the foal of larfe flow and short duration accordinf to actual situation.
