花楸组培快繁的研究进展

摘　　要：花楸是蔷薇科花楸属落叶小乔木,是我国东北长白山区重要的非木质资源树种,兼具观赏、药用、蜜源等多种功能.花楸种子具有深休眠特性,有性繁殖成苗率低,且其无性繁殖也很难,导致苗木市场供不应求.文章综述了近年来花楸的组培快繁研究成果,期望能为花楸人工繁育技术的深入研究提供参考.S.Pohuashanesis is a shrub of Sorbus in Rosaceae,in which is an important non-timber tree species in Changbai mountain in Northeast China with ornamental,medicinal,nectar source and other functions.Difficulties of growing seedlings technical were due to deep seed dormancy,and while its difficult agamogenesis caused nursery stock market demands exceeds supply.The major emphasis of this review is the related investigations in recent years on tissue culture of S.Pohuashanesis,so as to provide useful information for the further research on artificial propagation of S.Pohuashanesis.
