摘 要:高电压等级系统的建立必将导致电网经历电磁环网过渡期。明确解环时机、制定解环原则与方案、实现地区间电磁环网解环与分区运行对电网安全稳定运行具有重要意义。明确了环网过渡期不同阶段显现特点,提出了500/220kV电磁环网解环的主体思路、主要原则、解环时机及解环方案,并通过上述理论提出了辽宁省地区间220 kV联络线的解环方案与分区运行结论。旨在为省级电网500/220 kV电磁环网解环提供参考。High voltage system would lead the grid to through electromagnetic loop network transition. To grasp the opportunity,to make ring loop principle and scheme,to realize regional electromagnetic loop network and division operation is of great significance to the safe and stable operation of power grid. This paper clarifies the behavior characteristics of ring transition stage,proposes the main ideas,the main principle,solution time and solution scheme of the 500 /220 kV electromagnetic loop network,putting forward the loop scheme and partition running results of solution of Liaoning power grid through the above theory. The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for the provincial grid ring solution of 500 /220 kV electromagnetic loop network.
