摘　　要：介绍了黑龙江北大荒农业股份有限公司浩良河化肥分公司甲醇合成系统的工艺流程和主要设备;分析了甲醇合成塔第1炉催化剂使用过程中出现的问题;总结了第2炉催化剂使用过程中的优化措施及运行效果;提出了第2炉催化剂在甲醇装置开工率较低情况下的保护措施。Author has introduced the process flow and the main equipment of methanol synthesis system in Haolianghe Chemical Fertilizer Sub-company,Heilongjiang Beidahuang Agriculture Stock Company Ltd.; has analyzed the existing problems in applying process of catalyst in the first furnace of methanol reactor; has summarized the optimized measure and the running effect in applying process of catalyst in the second furnace of methanol reactor;has presented the protecting measure under lower operating rate of methanol plant for catalyst of the second furnace.
