摘　　要：跨境动物疫病对全球养殖业和食品安全造成严重威胁,危及到国际贸易。主要跨境动物疫病的暴发会造成毁灭性的经济损失。本文概述了TADs的危害和防控机制,阐述了优先防控一些主要的跨境动物疫病,为减少对动物和人类健康以及经济发展的危害,提出了预防控制和管理的措施。Transboundary animal diseases pose a serious risk to the world animal agriculture and food security and jeopardize international trade. TThe developed countries have the systems and resources to cope with TADs either by preventing them or by rapid response and effectively to outbreaks. This article summarized the harm and prevention and control of TADs and regional organizations at the service of their countries to better prevent and control the risks on animal and human health and the economic impact of TADs.
