摘 要:建立了测定安乃近的共振瑞利散射法。在弱碱性介质中,安乃近与灿烂绿反应生成的配合物使共振瑞利散射急剧增强,在339nm处散射强度最大,安乃近的质量浓度在0.03~0.40mg/L范围内与共振散射强度(△IRRS)呈线性关系,检出限(3Sb/S)为0.015mg/L。该法用于市售安乃近药物中安乃近含量的测定,结果满意。A novel resonance Rayleigh scattering spectroscopic method for the determination of analgin was established.In alkalescence medium,analgin reacted with brilliant green to form a complex giving signal of resonance Rayleigh scattering with strong intensity.The maximum resonance Rayleigh scattering peak was at 339nm.The resonance Rayleigh scattering intensity(△IRRS)was directly proportional to the concentration of analgin in the range within 0.03~0.42mg/L.The detection limit(3Sb/S)was calculated to be 0.015mg/L.The method has been applied to the determination of analgin in commercially available analgin medicine with satisfactory results.
