摘 要:目前,常用马歇尔击实(MC)方法成型的试件研究沥青混合料力学特性,然而现场普遍采用振碾方式压实沥青混合料,致使MC试件工程性质与路面心样的相关性较差.为此,提出了沥青混合料试件振动成型(VC)方法并验证了其可靠性.结果表明:VC试件力学强度与心样的相关性平均高达93%,而MC试件不足70%;VC试件密度比MC试件提高了约2%,而压实度提高1%,混合料力学性能至少提高8.2%(ATB-30)或15%(AC-20).证明VC方法比MC方法更适合用于评价沥青混合料力学性能.Mechanical properties of asphalt mixture are commonly evaluated by the Marshall compaction(MC)nowadays.However,the asphalt mixture is generally compacted by the vibratory road roller in practice.Therefore,a vibration compaction(VC)method is proposed to simulate the practical compaction condition for the physical and mechanical properties evaluation of asphalt mixture.The mechanical properties of ATB-30by MC method and VC method are compared.It is obtained that the strength of t VC specimen can reach 93%compare with that of the ATB-30and AC-20collected from a road construction site,while the strength of MC specimen lower than 70% compare with that of ATB-30and AC-20collected from a road construction site.The density of VC specimen is about 2%larger than that of MC specimen.Moreover,1% compaction increase of results in at least 8.2%(ATB-30)or 15%(AC-20)mechanical behavior increase.The results show that VC method is a more reliable method for mechanical properties evaluation of asphalt mixture.
