摘　　要：根据EN 50495对爆炸性危险环境中安全设备的要求,确定增安型电动机智能型保护控制器的安全完整性等级和确定保护器功能性安全相关参数,同时描述智能保护器的安全功能结构图。根据IEC 61508功能性安全标准内描述的技术及手段,对功能性安全结构图内硬件、软件的随机和系统失效采取必要的避免和控制措施,以达到系统功能性安全等级的要求;在产品的安全生命周期中应用V模型,形成有效的功能性安全管理体系。This article defined the safety integrity level according to the requirement of safety device with respect to explosive risks EN50495. The functional safety parameters are based on the safety integrity level. Then the functional safety structure of the intelligent motor control was described. For achieving the requirement of safety integrity level ,the technique/measures introduced in IEC 61508 were applied to avoid and control the random and systematic fault of hardware and software. During the realization step of the safety lifecycle, V-model was used for the setup of effective functional safety management system.
