摘　　要：针对永磁同步直线电动机(PMSLM)的位置检测问题,运用LIDA485直线光栅尺,设计出位置检测电路,分析检测过程与机理,提出检测实现方法,结合霍尔传感器提出初始位置检测方法,最后还介绍了基于LIDA485直线光栅尺的速度检测过程与基本原理。Aimed at the problem of position detection of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor,using LIDA485 linear grating ruler,designed of the position detecting circuit,analysed process and mechanism principle,specified the detection method,put forward an accurate method to realize the rotor＇s initial position detection combining with the Holzer sensor. Finally,demonstrated of position and velocity of linear grating detection has good anti-interference ability and resisting disturbance ability based on dynamic response function.
