摘  要:多模块矩阵变换器(MMMC)应用于高压大功率场合,具有可4象限运行,无中间直流储能环节,输入输出波形好,功率因数可调等优点。MMMC中变压器漏感和滤波电容对变压器功率因数和电压利用率都有影响,其变压器组二次侧电流谐波间谐波含量高,导致变压器利用率降低。就滤波电容和变压器漏感对MMMC的影响进行分析,探讨滤波器的设计方法,分析变压器二次侧电流影响因素,并给出相应关系曲线,为MMMC中变压器的设计提供了参考。Multi-modular matrix converters(MMMC)are widely used in high voltage and high power occasion,and it has advantages of no intermediate storage links,bidirectional flow of power and four- quadrant operation,adjustable power factor,etc. The leakage inductances of the transformer in MMMC and the filter capacitors have influences on the power factor and the voltage utilization ratio of MMMC,and the currents of the transformer′s secondary winding are irregular,leading to an decrease in utilization rate of the transformer. The effects of leakage inductances of the transformer in MMMC and the filter capacitors have on MMMC were analyzed,discussed the design method of the input filter,and researched the currents of the transformer′s secondary and their influence factors,which provid a reference for design of the transformer in MMMC.
