摘 要:文章针对生物饲料产业发展存在的模糊认识,重点论述了生物饲料的本质特征、技术内涵,产品的技术特点、功能特性要求,产业化研究开发的重点、方向及技术障碍等问题。文章认为饲料原料经酶解发酵生物技术"加工作用"而获得易于动物消化利用,益于动物健康、食品与环境安全的新的营养或生物功能性物质成分是生物饲料的本质特征,是生物饲料技术优势与现实需求的价值所在。但酶解发酵加工"产物"的稳定性极差,加上后加工与应用方法等诸多因素影响,其产物的数量、品质及其功能活性被不同程度地消减甚至完全破坏,生物饲料实际上未能发挥其应有作用。因此,研究开发在养殖现场制造并限时饲用的"鲜饲"型全价配合饲料是生物饲料产业开发的方向,针对酶解发酵产物的特性建立相应科学有效利用技术是工作重点。The paper focuses on the characteristics, technical content of biological feed, and expoundsproduct function, direction of industrial research, and technical barriers. This paper argues that feedraw materials are easy-digesting for animal by enzymatic fermentation biotechnology, and it's benefitfor animal health, food and environmental safety of new nutritional or biological function of materialcomposition, which is the essential characteristic of biological feed and the value of bio-feed technolo-gy advantage and reflection of the reality of demand. However, the quantity, quality and functional ac-tivity of the enzyme fermentation processing product is extent or even completely destroyed reductionfor the stability, together with the many factors affecting the post-processing method applied, so thebio-feed actually fails to play its due role. Therefore, bio-feed industry development direction is aim-ing to manufacture the time-limited feeding fresh-complete feed, and the priority is establishment ofappropriate scientific and effective use of tech-nology for the characteristics of enzymatic fer-mentation products.
