摘  要:试验旨在研究饲料中不同添加剂量的铜与锌对钼酸钠中毒的小鼠的免疫功能的影响。试验将100只小鼠随机分为5组,每组20只,分别口服钼、铜、锌,其中试验Ⅰ组30 mg/kg钼酸钠、试验Ⅱ组30 mg/kg钼酸钠+15 mg/kg硫酸铜、试验Ⅲ组30 mg/kg钼酸钠+15 mg/kg硫酸锌和试验Ⅳ组30 mg/kg钼酸钠+15 mg/kg硫酸铜+15 mg/kg硫酸锌,试验Ⅴ组为对照组,口服无离子水。试验期30 d,测定血液中T、B淋巴细胞百分率。结果表明,30 mg/kg的钼对小鼠的淋巴细胞造成损伤,降低了球蛋白的含量。锌对高钼小鼠免疫损伤有一定保护作用,铜的保护作用不明显;铜、锌同时应用对高钼小鼠的免疫功能有很好的保护作用。The aim of this study was to research the effects of different adding dose of copper and zincon immune function of miceodium molybdate poisoning. 100 mice were randomly divided into 5groups, each group of 20 were fed orally molybdenum, copper, zinc, respectively. The test group Ⅰwas fed by 30 mg/kg molybdenum, group Ⅱ was fed by 30 mg/kg molybdenum+15 mg/kg copper,group Ⅲ was fed by 30 mg/kg molybdenum+15 mg/kg zinc, group Ⅳ was fed by 30 mg/kg molybde-num+15 mg/kg copper+15 mg/kg zinc, group Ⅴ was fed by deionized water as the control group. After30 days of the trial period, the percentage of T and B lymphocytes in the blood was determined. Theresults showed that 30 mg/kg of molybdenum damage of lymphocytes in mice, reducing the globulincontent. Zinc against high molybdenum has certain immune protection in mice, the protection of cop-per is not obvious; Simultaneous application of copper and zinc has very good protection effect onmice's immune system poisoned with high molydenum.
