柳州市多次无偿献血者保留情况及原因的调查

摘　　要：目的对广西柳州市多次无偿献血者保留情况及保留主要原因进行调查,为稳固多次献血者队伍的招募提供依据。方法以无记名方式进行问卷调查,调查内容涉及利己原因和利他原因,对调查结果进行统计分析。结果①保留情况,总体保留率为18.69%,男女性别间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),男性低于女性;年龄间、文化程度间比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。②保留原因,利他原因占59.23%,利己原因占16.53%,复合原因占24.23%,主要为"积德行善奉献社会"占45.77%、"响应献血呼吁"占13.46%、"献血后身体有爽朗感受"占8.85%。③主要保留原因对保留的影响,"积德行善奉献社会"对性别、年龄、文化程度的影响均无统计学意义(P>0.05);"响应献血呼吁"对性别、年龄、文化程度的影响均有统计学意义(P<0.05);"献血后身体有爽朗感受"对性别、文化程度的影响均有统计学意义(P<0.05),对年龄影响无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论柳州市多次献血者保留率偏低,大部分多次献血者信奉行善奉献的利他精神而保留,女性、≤35岁、大专以上多次献血者对紧急献血呼吁响应较好,女性、初中及以下文化多次献血者更能体验到献血有利于健康的快乐。Objective To investigate the condition and reason for persistence of repeated blood donors, so as to pro- vide the basis for recruiting repeated blood donors.Methods Investigation was performed in anonymous way by questionnaire which covered the reasons of self-regard and altruism.Investigation results were statistically analysed.Results The status quo of persistence.. The overall retention rate was 18.69 %, and difference between genders was statis- tically significant （ P〈0.05）.The retention rate of males was less than that of females,but no statistical difference in age and education was found（ P 〉0.05）. Reasons ： self regard accounted for 16.53 %, altruism 59.23 %, composite reason 24.23%, mainly ＂contributing to society＂ 45.77 % ,＂ response to the call for blood donor＂13.46% and ＂ joyful feeling after blood donation＂ 8.85%.Influence of main reasons on their persistence： the effect of ＂contributing to society＂ on gender,age and education were not statistically significant（ P 〉0.05） ;but the effect of ＂response to the call for blood donor＂ on genders, age and education were statistically significant（ P 〈0.05）. Besides, the reason of ＂joyful feeling after blood donation＂ had significant influence on gender and education（ P 〈0.05）, but it had no statistically significant effect on age（ P 〉0.05）.Conclusion The retention rate of repeated blood donors is low in Liuzhou City. The primary reason for the persistence of most repeated blood donors is ＂contributing to society＂.Donors who are females or younger than 35 years old,or get college degree are responsive actively to the call for emergent blood donation.But donors who are females or under middle school education can more joyfully enjoy the happiness that blood do- nation is benefit to one＇s health.
