摘 要:目的探讨支持、技巧、自信(support、skill、self-confidence,3S)理念教育模式对桂西地区维持性血透(MHD)患者生活质量的影响。方法将200例桂西地区MHD患者随机分为实验组和对照组各100例;实验组应用3S理念健康教育模式进行干预,对照组采用传统的健康教育模式干预;观察两组干预后疾病相关知识与技能掌握情况;采用Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)测量两组干预前后的焦虑、抑郁程度;用简明健康调查量表(SF-36)评定两组干预前后的生活质量。结果干预后实验组疾病相关知识与技能掌握优于对照组(P=0.0000);干预前两组患者SAS、SDS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后实验组的SAS、SDS评分较对照组显著降低,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.0000);干预前两组生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后实验组的生活质量明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0000)。结论 3S理念健康教育模式能有效提高桂西地区MHD患者知识与技能,缓解焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高生活质量,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of 3S (support,skill,self-confidence) education mode on the quality of life of patients with maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)in Western Guangxi.Methods 200 cases with MHD in West- ern Guangxi were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 100 cases in each group.The experimental group was intervened with 3S education mode, while the control group was given the intervention of traditional health education mode. Mastery of the knowledge and skills related to the disease was observed after the inter- vention in both groups.The anxiety and depression degree were measured by means of Zung self rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and self rating Depression Scale (SDS)in two groups before and after the intervention.The quality of life of two groups were evaluated by concise health survey questionnaire (SF-36) before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the mastery of knowledge and skills related to the disease of experimental group was obviously better than that of the control group( P =0.0000). And there was no significant statistical difference in the quality of life of two groups before and after intervention( P 〉0.05).But there was significant difference between two groups after intervention, as the SAS and SDS scores in the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the con- trol group( P =0.0000).No significant difference in the quality of life of two groups was found before intervention( P 〉0.05) ,while the quality of life of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group( P = 0.0000).Conclusion The 3S health education mode can effectively improve patients' knowledge and skills related to the disease, and relieve anxiety and depression to improve the quality of life of patients with MHD in Western Guan- gxi.It is worthy of popularization and application.
