摘  要:目的探讨亚临床甲减对冠心病患者高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、尿微量白蛋白(MAU)与颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)的影响。方法测定确诊为亚临床甲减合并冠心病56例患者的hs-CRP、尿MAU、颈动脉IMT、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)等指标,并与对照组数据进行比较。结果观察组血清TSH、hs-CRP、尿MAU、颈动脉IMT、TC及LDL-C显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论亚临床甲减可以影响冠心病,增加冠心病患者炎症因子的表达,影响尿MAU及颈动脉IMT,从而可能增加冠心病患者心血管的风险。Objective To investigate the influence of subclinical hypothyroidism on the high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP),microalbuminuria(MAU) and carotid artery IMT of patients with coronary artery disease.Methods The hs-CRP, MAU,carotid artery IMT, total cholesterol (TC) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) of 56 patients diagnosed with subclinical hypothyroidism combined with coronary artery disease (the observation group) were tested and compared to those of the control group.Results The serum TSH, hs-CRP, hs-CRP, MAU, carotid ar- tery IMT,TC and LDL-C of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, so such difference was statistically significant( P 〈0.01).Conclusion Subclinical hypothyroidism can affect coronary heart disease. It can increase the expression of inflammatory cytokines of patients with coronary heart disease and influence MAU and carotid IMT,which may increase cardiovascular risk in patients with coronary heart disease.
