多层螺旋CT在儿童自发性寰枢关节旋转脱位诊断中的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨多层螺旋CT在儿童自发性寰枢关节旋转脱位诊断中的临床应用价值。方法对2012年2月～2014年1月就诊的42例儿童自发性寰枢关节旋转脱位患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析,所有患儿均进行了X线和多层螺旋CT检查。对不同检测方法患儿的脱位准确率和旋转性脱位诊断率进行对比分析。结果多层螺旋CT肯定脱位诊断率与X线比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;多层螺CT旋转性脱位诊断率与X线比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论多层螺旋CT对儿童自发性寰枢关节旋转脱位诊断中的临床应用价值优于X线,合理运用后处理技术可以提高儿童自发性寰枢关节旋转脱位的诊断率。Objective To study the clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of children＇s spontaneous atlantoaxial rotatory dislocation.Methods Clinical data of 42 children with spontaneous atlantoaxial rotatory disloca- tion treated from Feb, 2012 to Jan, 2014 were analyzed retrospectively. All children were examined by X-ray and multi-slice spiral CT. Comparative analysis was given to the accuracy rate of dislocation and diagnosis rate of rotatory dislocation examined by different methods in patients.Results There was statistically significant difference in confirming dislocation diagnosis by multi slice spiral CT and by X-ray（ P 〈0.01） ,and difference of the rate of rotatory dis- location diagnosis by multi-slice spiral CT and that by X-ray was also statistically significant （ P 〈0.01）.Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT is superior to X-ray in the diagnosis of children＇s spontaneous atlantoaxial rotatory dislocation.It can improve the diagnosis rate of children＇s spontaneous atlantoaxial rotatory dislocation by using post processing technique reasonably.
