影响2型糖尿病患者坚持自测血糖的多因素分析

摘  要:目的分析影响2型糖尿病患者自测血糖的相关因素,为提升2型糖尿病患者自测血糖提供依据。方法将108例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按照是否每日坚持自测血糖一次分为观察组与对照组,收集糖尿病患者的一般资料进行单因素及多元logistic分析。结果单因素方差分析表明,影响2型糖尿病患者自测血糖的因素有糖尿病病程、文化程度、工作状况及是否接受糖尿病知识教育;而多元logistic分析则表明影响2型糖尿病患者自测血糖与文化程度,Exp(B)=1.350,95%CI(1.112~3.370),糖尿病病程,Exp(B)=2.744,95%CI(1.139~6.607),是否接受糖尿病知识健康教育,Exp(B)=0.404,95%CI(0.158~1.033)有关。结论糖尿病患者的自测血糖与糖尿病病程、文化程度及是否接受糖尿病知识教育有关。Objective To explore the influencing factors of insistent self-test of blood glucose in patients with type Ⅱ diabetes,so as to provide basis for enhancing self-test of blood glucose in patients with type Ⅲ diabetes.Methods 108 cases of type Ⅱ diabetes were selected as the research subjects.All patients were divided into observation group and control group according to insistence of self-test blood glucose once a day or not. Then, univariate analysis and multivariate logistic regression were used to handle the general data of the two groups.Results Univariate analysis showed that the factors affecting patients' insistence on self-test of blood glucose included diabetes duration, education background,working situation and knowledge education of diabetes mellitus. Multivariate logistic regression analysis indicated that the influence of patients' education background was Exp(B)= 1.350 and 95 %0 CI(1. 112~3. 370), dura- tion of diabetes Exp(B) = 2.744,95 % CI(1.139 ~ 6.607), health education on diabetes Exp(B) = 0.404,95 %CI( 0.158~ 1.033).Conclusion Diabetes duration,education background and education on diabetes are factors influencing the in sistent self-test of blood glucose in patients with type II diabetes.
