摘　　要：通过手机侧键故障分析,发现侧键在设计上存在缺陷及生产厂家工艺过程控制不稳定。通过设计优化,从根源上消除故障,提高产品可靠性。By analyzing the failure of mobile side button,we found that the flaws are existed in the design and the manufacturing process is unstable. After design is optimized,the failure can be eliminated and the product reliability is improved.
