文山边境地区农村留守老人的生存现状与对策思考

摘　　要：随着青壮年的大量外出务工,边境农村地区的留守老人不断增多。文章在对文山壮族苗族自治州边境地区农村留守老人生存现状进行调查的基础上,对边境地区农村留守老人的生存现状进行了分类。针对留守老人面临的困难和带来的问题,提出加大对边界一线村庄的建设力度,避免边民住防老弱化;大力提升边境农村地区的公共服务水平,有效应对农村社会变化;积极整合政府、社会和家庭的养老资源,不断优化农村养老模式;尽快引入农村社会工作,促进边境农村社会可持续协调发展等策略。With a mass exodus of young adults, border left-behind elderly are growing in rural areas. The paper classifies the current living conditions of the elderly in Wenshan border regions based on investigation on the living condition status at present. The paper also puts forwards suggestions of increasing village construction along the border, avoiding old and dangerous houses, promoting public service level, responding effectively to the rural social changes, actively integrating government, society and family endowment resources, constantly optimizing the rural pension mode and introduction rural social work as soon as possible to promote frontier rural society sustainable development, aiming at difficulties and problems faced by old people.
