水电移民逐年货币补偿安置方式优劣分析

摘　　要：随着国家政策的调整和水电移民工作的不断深入,传统的水电移民安置方式已不能适应移民安置的需要,为此,各地开展了逐年货币补偿安置方式的创新研究,且部分项目实践了逐年货币补偿安置方式。结合实践情况,本文对水电移民逐年货币补偿安置方式进行了优劣分析,提出其适应性,并建议各水电项目根据自身特点选择适合的移民安置方式。With the adjustment of national policy and the incessant deepening of resettlement work, traditional method is unable to meet the need of hydropower resettlement. In recent years, new approaches of annual monetary compensation settlement have been examined and practiced in hydropower development projects. This paper summarizes our experiences, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of these approaches, and demonstrates the adaptability and importance of selecting suitable resettlement scheme according to the characteristics of a specific hydropower project.
