摘　　要：为了将PTT纤维良好的弹性回复能力与真丝绸优异的服用性能融合为一体,采用PTT长丝和不同规格的桑蚕丝交织试制了15种PTT/桑蚕丝交织面料及1种纯PTT织物,此外还购买了3种真丝织物作为对比织物。对这19种织物的透气性、抗起毛起球性、折皱回复性和定伸长弹性进行测试,对比分析了真丝织物和PTT/桑蚕丝交织物的服用性能。研究结果表明:与真丝织物相比,PTT/桑蚕丝交织物的折皱回复性和定伸长弹性明显提高,抗起毛起球等级也有上升,而透气性受织物结构参数的影响较大。In order to integrate good elastic resilience of PTT fiber and excellent wearability of silk,PTT filament yarn and mulberry silk of different specifications were interwoven to prepare 15 kinds of PTT / mulberry silk mixing fabrics and 1 kind of pure PTT fabric. Besides,3 kinds of silk fabrics were purchased as comparative fabrics. The air permeability,pilling resistance,wrinkle recovery performance and tensile resilience of all the 19 fabrics were tested. Contrastive analysis of wearability of silk fabrics and PTT / mulberry silk interwoven fabrics was carried out. The results show that,compared with pure silk fabric,wrinkle recovery performance and tensile resilience of PTT / mulberry silk interwoven fabrics improve significantly; pilling resistance level also increases; air permeability is greatly influenced by structural parameters of the fabrics.
