摘　　要：目的对圆柏花粉浸液40kD条带的蛋白组分进行初步鉴定,明确其一级结构。方法将圆柏花粉浸液使用SDS-PAGE初步分离后,取40kD条带进行质谱分析。结果 40kD条带中获得肽段分别与Jun v 1,Cup a 1,Jun a 2及其他植物蛋白序列一致。结论 40kD条带可能包含多种成分,包括柏科花粉1组2组变应原等。Objective To identify the components of the 40 kD protein band of Juniperus chinensis pollen extract,and clarify their primary structure. Methods The Juniperus chinensis pollen solution was initially separated by SDS-PAGE, and the components of the 40 kD protein band was analyzed by mass spectrometry. Results The peptide fragments acquired from the 40 kD protein band were found to have identical sequences with Jun v 1, Cup a 1, Jun a 2 and other plant-originated proteins. Conclusion The 40 kD protein band of J uniperus chinensis pollen extract may contain a variety of proteins,including group 1 and group 2 Cupressaceae allergens.
