摘  要:西部民族地区的旅游购物品开发意识与观念落后,造成本土旅游购物品开发滞后、本土化成分缺失。本地旅游购物品生产、供给的不足,加之外来人员的投资生产、销售因素,以及周边同质旅游购物品的竞争,导致西部地区旅游收入漏损严重。因此,西部民族地区应构建"研、产、销、教、学"的本土旅游购物体系,突破本地旅游发展的瓶颈。在这个旅游购物体系的构建中,政府、高校、社区及当地居民应发挥自身特长,为体系的构建提供支撑。Western minority areas are backward in the consciousness of promoting tourism shopping, leading to a lagged development of tourism products and the lack of localization components. Insufficiency of local tourist goods production and supply, external interference of investment in production and sales, as well as the competition of homogeneous tourism products from surrounding areas result in a severe leakage in the tourism income of the western areas. Therefore, western minority areas should strive to build native tourism shopping system integrating re- search, production, marketing, teaching and learning to break through the bottleneck of the local tourism development. In the construction of the tourism shopping system, government, universities, community and local residents should play to their expertise, providing support for the construction of system.
