摘　　要：从国家对公共卫生服务发展的要求出发，分析城乡医疗卫生存在差异的原因、国内外协同医疗服务现状，提出深化改革公共卫生服务体系的方法和途径。即通过建设区域协同医疗信息平台和开发核心体系，将各级医疗机构联合成为一个管理运行一致，技术操作规范，服务标准统一的医疗服务保障联合体，全面提高医疗机构的技术水平和公共卫生服务的保障能力，形成分工明确、信息互通、资源共享、协调互动的公共卫生服务体系，实现为群众提供安全、有效、方便、价廉的医疗卫生服务目标。From national requirements for public health service development, the authors analyze the causes of thedifferences between urban and rural medical health and the present overseas and domestic situations of cooperative medicalservice, and propose the methods and routes to deepen the reform of public health service system. The methods and routesare to unite all levels of medical institutions into medical security associations with consistent management, standardizedtechnical operation and unified service standards by building regional cooperative medical information platform and develo-ping core system, improve the overall technical level of medical institutions and the guarantee capability of public healthservice, form public health service system of clear division of labor, information exchange, resources sharing, coordinationand interaction, and provide the masses of people with safe, effective, convenient and cheap medical health service.
