摘　　要：通过介绍宜宾市结合自身实际,推行城乡数字化协同医疗服务模式的具体做法和实际效果,就如何在区域范围内形成管理运行一致,技术操作规范,服务标准统一的医疗服务保障联合体,全面提高医疗机构的医疗服务保障能力,特别是针对西部地区建立协同医疗模式、共享医疗信息资源进行探讨,使患者能够得到更好的医疗技术和统一规范的医疗服务,实现为群众提供安全、有效、方便、价廉的医疗卫生服务目标。By introducing actual practice and effects of urban and rural digitized cooperative medical service inYibin City,the authors of the paper discuss the methods for the construction of regional medical security association withconsistent management, standardized technical operation and unified service standards so as to promote the security abilityof medical service in medical institutions. The authors focus specially on the construction of cooperative medical mode andthe sharing of medical information resources in west areas so as to provide the patients with better medical techniques andthe unified medical service of standardization and achieve the goal of providing the masses with safe, effective, convenient,and cheap medical health service.
