摘　　要：根据城乡数字化协同医疗服务的实施目标和技术难点,提出创建城乡数字化协同医疗模式的业务流程。即通过具体介绍成立城乡数字化协同医疗统筹机构、形成辐射城乡区域的数字化网络、建立城乡各相关机构之间协同工作模式的方法和步骤,为准备开展城乡数字化协同医疗服务的医疗卫生部门与机构提供参考。The paper deals with the work process in creating urban and rural digitized cooperative medical carebased on the goal and technical difficulties in implementing urban and rural digitized cooperative medical care. With detailed introduction of methods and procedures for the building of urban and rural digitized cooperative medical institutionsplanned as a whole, forming digitized network radiating urban and rural regions, and establishing cooperative work modebetween the related urban and rural institutions, the paper acts as the reference for medical health departments and institutions which are in the preparation for urban and rural digitized cooperative medical service.
