摘  要:针对某企业整机配置描述不规范,取号流程涉及多个系统,操作繁琐且数据容易出错,整机编码出现重号或一机多号的问题,在优化业务流程的基础上,设计并开发了带有核查功能的且能满足各个事业部需求的整机取号系统。配置被存储到该系统中以供用户选择,实现了配置的标准化管理。取号完成后系统自动将物料信息发送到ERP系统,提高了工作效率。该系统已成功应用于该企业小型装载机和平地机产品线。Aim at the non-standardized description of machine configuration and the intricate number-taking process involving multiple systems, which resulted in a high error rate and two or more codes for one machine in a company, on the basis of the optimization of business process, a flexible number-taking system, with verification function, which can meet the demands of each department, is developed. Configuration is stored in the system for users to select. The standardized management of configuration is achieved. After taking a code for machine, material information is automatically sent to the ERP system. It improves work efficiency. The system has been successfully applied to the production line of Small loaders and graders.
