摘　　要：对少数民族地区图书馆核心竞争力的发展、构建要素进行分析。阐述少数民族特色的文献资源建设,核心竞争力的培养,以及利用核心竞争力打造民族图书馆品牌的传播。The paper discusses the development of library＇ s core competence and its key elements in ethnic minority areas. The author expounds the characteristics of minority literature resources construction, the cultivation of core competitiveness, and how to expand the influence of a national library brand by using core competitiveness.
