摘  要:目的:研究金银花醇提取物对紫外线致小鼠皮肤光老化的保护作用。方法:将60只小鼠随机分成5组:正常对照组、模型组、模型+基质组、模型+低剂量金银花组及模型+高剂量组,除对照组外,其它各组小鼠模拟日光紫外线(UVA+UVB)光老化皮肤损伤照射,建立光老化动物模型。观察皮下血管及皮肤结构改变,测定皮肤丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSHpx)活性。结果:低、高剂量金银花组小鼠与空白组相比,波浪状弹性纤维,断裂及卷曲程度较轻;与模型组相比,皮肤MDA含量降低,GSH-px含量减少,而SOD含量有所增加。结论:金银花提取物对紫外线照射后小鼠光老化有一定的保护作用。Objective:To study the influence of honeysuckle extract using on Photo-aging mice skin caused by UV radiationt.Methods:The 60mice were randomly divided into five groups:normal control group,photo-aging model group,model+ matrix group,model+ honeysuckle extract low-dose group and model+honeysuckle extract high-dose group.The photo-aging skin mice models were obtained long-term by UV exposure.To observe the back surface of the skin changes and changes in dermal blood vessels,simultaneous detection of the malondialdehyde(MDA)、superoxide diamutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-px)by biochemical methods.Results:Few broke、convolute、amorphous elastic fibers were observed in the groups treated with low and high dose group,and some wavy elastic fibers were also observed.Skin decreased SOD activity,MDA content increased.Compare to the photo-aging model group,skin MDA content was lower,SOD content increased,and the high dose than low dose significantly.Conclusion:The extract of honeysuckle has a photo protective effect on the skin of photo-aging mice.
