摘　　要：与专业性学术期刊和重点高校下属学术期刊的编辑相比,普通高校学报编辑面临着多重的职业压力:在管理体制中得不到重视,缺乏成就感和归属感;劳动强度大,精神负担重;学报质量要求高、编辑业务必须过硬;人际关系复杂,沟通压力大等。要排解职业压力,客观方面应给予学报编辑部政策倾斜,加大财力投入。主观方面则要通过正确认识自我,树立正确的价值观;加强沟通技巧,建立和谐人际关系;合理调整心态,及时释放压力,以缓解或消除编辑的职业压力,提高心理健康水平,更好地为学校教学、科研服务。Compared with the editors of scholarly journals and the editors of journals of some key universities, the editors of journals of ordinary universities are faced with all kinds of occupational stress resulting from neglect due to the managerial mechanism, lack of sense of accomplishment and sense of belonging, great labour intensity, heavy mental burden, high requirement for journal quality, strict demand of editing efficiency, complicated social relations, pressure of communication, etc. On the one hand, in order to objectively ease the occupational stress, more favourable policies should be granted to the editorial department and more funds should be invested in the editorial department. On the other hand, in order to subjectively ease the occupational stress, the editors should have a proper knowledge of themselves, establish correct values, improve communicating skills, set up harmonious social relationship,adjust mental state reasonably, release stress in time so as to ease or eliminate occupational stress, improve mental health level, provide better service for the teaching and researching work of the universities.
