Effect of Exogenous Abscisic Acid and Paclobutrazol on the Physiological Indices of Drought Resistance of Agrostis stoloniferara under Drought Stress

摘  要:以"帕特"("Putter")匍茎翦股颖品种为供试材料,测定干旱胁迫下叶片枯黄率、相对含水量、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和脯氨酸等生理指标,分析外源脱落酸(ABA)与多效唑(PP333)提高匍茎翦股颖抗旱性效应。结果显示,干旱胁迫下,匍茎翦股颖叶片枯黄率增加,相对含水量逐步降低,适宜浓度的外源ABA与PP333能明显降低干旱胁迫下匍茎翦股颖叶片枯黄率,提高其相对含水量。与直接干旱胁迫相比,外源ABA处理提高了可溶性糖含量,减缓可溶性蛋白含量下降,而外源PP333则提高了脯氨酸含量。以上结果表明,ABA与PP333预处理能有效提高匍茎翦股颖抗旱性可能与促进有机渗透调节物质—脯氨酸、可溶性糖的积累,抑制蛋白降解有关。The objects of this study are to determine whether abscisic acid(ABA) and Paclobutrazol(PP333) is improved in drought resistance of Agrostis stoloniferara under drought stress, and to explore the parameters and methods for improving the drought tolerance of Agrostis stoloniferara and a theoretical basis for drought-resistant mechanism. The variety of "Putter" of Agrostis stoloniferara is used as experimental material and effects of ABA and PP333 on brown rate, relative water content, soluble sugar, soluble protein and proline were determined to analyze of the influence of accumulation of osmotic adjustment substance. The results showed that, under drought stress,Agrostis stoloniferara brown rate of leaves increased, the relative water content decreased gradually, exogenous ABA and PP333 improved the brown rate and relative water content of Agrostis stoloniferara leaves under drought stress, and increased the quality of lawn. Exogenous PP333 increased the content of proline, soluble sugar and soluble protein, which explained that PP333 might improve the content of Agrostis stoloniferara osmoregulation substance, so as to improve its drought resistance. Exogenous ABA obviously improved the Agrostis stoloniferara soluble sugar and soluble protein content. Proline content was lower than the control, indicating that ABA could improve the accumulation of osmolytes in Agrostis stoloniferara; also the expression of P5 CS gene may be not induced by ABA, so the proline content was lower than the control. Two kinds of exogenous growth regulators can effectively improve the drought resistance of Agrostis stoloniferara, there is a close relationship between the improving the accumulation of osmotic adjustment substance in plants and the ability of osmotic adjustment.
