摘 要:目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声对儿童肠系膜淋巴结炎的诊断价值。方法:选取2011年3月-2013年10月笔者所在医院收治的178例腹痛儿童患者为研究组进行回顾性分析,另选取同期在笔者所在医院进行健康体检的89例儿童为对照组,均进行高频彩超检查,分析超声表现。结果:178例患儿中有141例发现肠系膜淋巴结肿大现象,比例为79.21%,141例患者中合并肠系膜淋巴结炎135例,比例为95.74%。淋巴结呈串状排列,边界光滑,不融合,偶有重叠,淋巴结内血流丰富,皮髓质分界较清。肠系膜淋巴结肿大患儿与正常儿童淋巴结大小和血流情况比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后患儿肠系膜淋巴结肿大情况显著好转,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:儿童肠系膜淋巴结炎诊断中应用高频彩超效果较好,可为临床诊疗提供确切依据,值得大力推广应用。Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound for children mesenteric lymphadenitis.Method:178 cases of children with abdominal pain from March 2011 to October 2013 in author’s hospital were analyzed retrospectively as study group,and the other 89 cases of healthy children in the same period in author’s hospital were selected as control group,they were given high frequency ultrasound examination,their ultrasound performance was analyzed.Result:141 cases with mesenteric lymph nodes swelling phenomenon in 178 cases,the proportion was 79.21%,135 cases combined with mesenteric lymphadenitis,the proportion was 95.74%.Lymph nodes showed string-like arrangement,the boundary were smooth,had not fusion,occasional overlap within the lymph flow rich,corticomedullary demarcation was clear.The lymph node size and blood flow between mesenteric lymph nodes children and normal children were significantly different(P〈0.05).Mesenteric lymph nodes swelling of children after treatment was significant improved,the difference was statistically significant(P&lt;0.05).Conclusion:High frequency ultrasound in the diagnostic of children mesenteric lymphadenitis has better effect,can provide the exact basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment,is worth promoting applications.
