摘　　要：目的:探讨PDCA循环在降低住院患者跌倒发生率,预防住院患者跌倒护理管理中的改进效果。方法:引进PDCA管理模式,对住院患者跌倒管理制度及流程进行持续改进,以预防住院患者跌倒情况的发生。结果:经过PDCA模式的运用,住院患者跌倒发生率明显下降,跌倒发生率由0.083‰下降至0.039‰,患者跌倒风险评估正确率和患者或家属跌倒防范措施掌握率明显上升。结论:PDCA循环在预防住院患者跌倒的护理管理中具有明显效果。Objective：To explore a striking effect on using PDCA to prevent hospitalized patients fall and reduce the incidence of falls.Method：Introducing PDCA management mode, management system for inpatients fall and process continuous improvement, in order to prevent falls in hospitalized patients.Result：Since applying the PDCA loop to manage hospitalized patients fall, the falls rate has dropped from 0.083‰to 0.039‰. Those patients at high risk for falls could be assessed more correctly; moreover, patients or their relatives know more about taking precautions against falls.Conclusion：PDCA loop has a significant effect in prevention of inpatients fall in nursing management.
