摘　　要：目的:研究护理干预在急性重症胰腺炎患者术后治疗依从性中的应用效果。方法:选取2011年7月-2013年7月笔者所在医院收治的86例急性重症胰腺炎患者,对患者的临床资料进行综合分析。结果:经针对性护理后,观察组患者的术后治疗依从性明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加强对急性重症胰腺炎患者的术后护理干预,对提高患者的依从性具有重要意义,值得临床推广使用。Objective：To study the application effect of nursing intervention in patients with acute severe pancreatitis postoperative treatment compliance. Method：86 cases of patients with acute severe pancreatitis treated in author’s hospital from July 2011 to July 2013 were selected,the clinical data of patients were comprehensive analyzed.Result：After targeted nursing,postoperative treatment compliance of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group, difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：To strengthen postoperative nursing intervention in patients with acute severe pancreatitis,has great significance to improve patients compliance,is worth clinical promotion.
