南京市保障房住区城市空间分异研究

摘　　要：通过对南京市四大保障房住区进行实证研究,运用因子生态模型分析来揭示保障房住区城市居住空间分异的主因子,其主要影响因子是社会地位、居住满意度和社区邻里认同感,并对主因子结果进行分析,最后提出优化居住空间分异的对策与建议。Through the empirical research on the four major housing settlements in Nanjing, this paper uses the factor ecological model analysis to reveal the main factor of urban residential space differentiation of the affordable housing settlements,the main impact factor of which is the social status, living satisfaction, and community neighborhood identity. The paper analyzes the results of the main faclors and finally puts forward countermeasures and suggestions of optimizing residential space differentiation.
