燃油叶片泵容积效率与转速关系研究

摘  要:采用容积效率去评价应用于燃油输送的叶片泵的泵送总效率。建立相应的实验测试平台,研究容积效率与转速之间的关系。实验结果表明:随着转速的增加,容积效率出现先增加后减少的现象,并根据容积效率与转速特性曲线设计泵的额定工作转速将有助于提高燃油的泵送效率。The volumetric efficiency was adopted to evaluate the overall efficiency of the vane pump used in fuel supply.In order to research the relationship between volumetric efficiency and rotating speed,a corresponding test platform was established.The experi-mental results show that a phenomenon is appeared that the volumetric efficiency increases for some time,and then declines all the time as the rotate speed keeps increasing.To design the rated speed of the pump according to the characteristics curve between volumetric efficiency and rotating speed will help to increase the efficiency of pumping gasoline in vane pump.
