摘 要:用拓扑优化方法设计一种适用于异型石材车铣加工中心的横梁筋肋结构。对拓扑优化中的材料密度法(SIMP)作了深入分析,讨论惩罚因子对拓扑结构的影响,推导出设计变量(密度)的前后迭代公式。将该数学思想通过MATLAB实现,并应用于车铣加工中心横梁部件的纵、横截面的筋肋分布,根据截面形状建立横梁的三维模型。将以此模型为依据制造的实物应用于HTM50200异型石材车铣加工中心,其有限元分析与模态实验表明该横梁动态特性良好,说明该优化设计方法的有效性和可靠性,为结构优化提供一种新思路。The crossbeam ribs of the shaped stone turning milling center was designed with the help of topology optimization meth-od.Through in-depth analysis of SIMP topology optimization,the effect of penalty factor on topological structure was discussed,be-fore and after iterative formulae of design variable were derived.This mathematical thought was achieved by MATLAB,and was ap-plied to the distribution of longitudinal cross-sectional ribs of turning milling machining center cross beam.Then the three-dimensional model of cross beam was established according to the cross-section shape.Entity designed and manufactured based on this model was applied to the cross beam of shaped stone turning milling CNC machining centers HTM50200.Finite element analysis and modal ex-periments show that the dynamic characteristic of the beam is good,which indicates the validity and reliability of the optimization de-sign method.It provides a new idea for structural optimization.
