摘 要:通过对空气冷凝器600 mm×600 mm的管束进行冲洗,用FLUENT软件对单个翅片作计算机仿真,在不同风速和不同迎风面单位面积空气质量流量进行测试,分别进行加垢前和加垢后再经过清洗的热工性能测试,并且对比两种情况下换热性能,得出结论。对于存在污垢的管束,经过认真清洗后,管束的风阻可降低,换热性能也得到提升,其数值可以基本恢复到或略高于污垢前的值,该仿真结果与实验大致相符,模型可用。By washing the tube with size of 600 mm ×600 mm in air-cooled condenser,the single blade was simulated in com-puter with FLUENT software.Test was done at different wind speed and different air mass flow per unit area of windward side,and heat performance was tested respectively before adding dirt and after adding dirt,and then after washed.Besides,by compared heat transfer performance under these two conditions,the conclusion was obtained.The wind resistance of tube can be reduced,and the heat trans-fer performance can also be increased by washing carefully for the dirty tube existed.The numerical value can basically be recovered to or a little higher than the ones before adding dirt.The simulation result consists with the test result approximately.
